Under each recipe we’re cooking this week, you’ll see tags like “High Protein,” “Quick and Easy,” and “Gluten-Free.” These tags correspond to the meal plan they’re automatically included in. Remember that once you sign up, you can swap meals in and out of your weekly deliveries, no matter your plan.
Already receive Purple Carrot meals? Log in to your Purple Carrot account and navigate to “Upcoming Menus.” You’ll be able to see which meals are included in your plan for the next 3 weeks, and customize your meal selection by clicking, “Change Meals.” (Please note that this feature is only available for Purple Carrot plans only, not TB12 Performance Meals.)
