If you’d like to skip or cancel your account before your next shipment, you must do so before Tuesday night at 11:59 PM EST, the week prior to scheduled shipment.
Any account changes made after this deadline will go into effect the week following your last shipment.
To skip, simply navigate to the Upcoming Menus tab of your Account Settings.
To begin the subscription cancellation process, send us an email at email@example.com. You will receive a follow-up email shortly after with instructions on the next steps required to complete your cancellation, which must be completed within 48 hours of receiving the email.
